On Saturday we were beaten by a good Leverstock Green side. That said we felt we should have come away with at least a point after some good spells of play throughout the afternoon
Rhys Ellis had put us ahead early in the match but after conceding a penalty just 10 minutes later the tie was levelled by Levy.
The second half saw us punished further after another couple of errors led to Leverstock taking the lead before eventually putting the tie to bed late on after we were caught out at the back afetr committing numbers forward for the equaliser.
FT: Leverstock Green 3-1 Broadfields United
We deserved to come away with more from the game but in the end we left empty handed against a well organised and good Leverstock Green side.
Back in action at Tithe Farm on Tuesday evening as we welcome Arlesey Town
